Zum 15-jährigen Jubiläum von "HIT auf HIT" lädt Sänger und Moderator Leonard zu einer zweieinhalbstündigen Sendung ein, in der er noch einmal die schönsten Momente seiner bisherigen Schlagerreisen Revue passieren lässt. Die Zuschauer reisen mit ihm an das legendäre Matterhorn, an die Adria, den Lago Maggiore, nach Tirol oder an den Vierwaldstättersee.<\/p>\n
